The room was neat, functional, and had a king bed and a Jacuzzi. The location was nice - just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay.

I prebooked on the internet & requested early check-in. (We were doing a night job and needed the room for sleep when we finished working for the night) When we got to the hotel, I was starving, but since the room wasn't ready, I was told that I could not eat since I hadn't checked in yet. We were told we could sleep in the lobby, but not eat. We took a nap in our work truck 91 degrees out and had to go to McDonald's a pay for our breakfast. Then was told that since we're checking in at 11:30 a.m. we should technically be charged an extra $5 but the manager would "let us slide."

Like I said, only needed the room to get some sleep after we worked all night--we checked in at 11:30 and checked out at 4:30. They could of at least offered us breakfast. After paying all that for a room, what does breakfast cost??? No more Days Inn for me. Had better luck at Econo Lodge or Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, we do travel to Michigan quite a bit and this was strictly for business. Thumbs down.

Reasonably spacious room in the bathroom and the toilet. Fairly friendly staff. - Great service and marvelous location very close to several restaurants and the concert venue. - the pool area is nice. - Late check out. - Simply nothing too much trouble, very lovely stay

We had traveled a long distance that day and the room was very inviting and comforable.

Requested 1st floor in advance; received 3rd floor. Entire building reeked of smoke. Wifi did not reach our room. Other guests said wifi was too slow to be useful, anyway. Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast nearly inedible. Proprietor was more worried about saying problems were not his fault than fixing them. Sleep in your car rather than stay here.

The hotel is well-maintained and fairly clean. The location is marvelous and comfortable, close to the concert venue, shopping areas, and the business center. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The room is comfy and fantastic. The staff is kind and cordial. The food offers lots of options.

Window was broke. Air condition was broke. Wifi did not work. Cable for television did work. Place was dated and carpet in general facility was dirty.

Asked for a late check out; returned to my room and was locked out; The WIFI was down from the time I checked in until I checked out the next morning No hot water Disorganzied at check-in....staff member working alone overwhelmed when a number of guests came in at same time

The stay here during the MLK weekend was really enjoyable with no complaints as the suite had a functional king bed, along with a microwave, tea and coffee-making equipment, and a refrigerator.

Value for the room was great
